Mozilla-land: Week 1
I just wrapped up my first week at Mozilla and it was full of great moments including:
- getting a shiny NEW MacBook Pro
- first Mozilla Community (MoCo) all-hands meeting
- team lunch at GinsengBBQ… people like Korean food and Foursquare
- Mozilla Labs Night~ amazing. should do AMO night in Q1
- Firefox 3.6 release cantina ~ Moz celebrates significant milestone
- Apple’s launch of the iPad: choose names well, film beautiful video
- Jetpack Ambassadors Program: applying aspects of Yahoo! Open Hack
- first marketing asset: Jetpack-themed business cards
- coffee and yogurt w/ friends from the K-Team and PR
- meeting thousands of add-ons via AMO
- intro to the add-ons is a “king-maker” process
- Firefox Mobile 1.0 releases on Nokia N900 ~ a new era unfolds
- resurrecting joolzvrn and embracing my inner geek
I love new beginnings.
